a true lover's love relationship

This is a blog entry that my friend AMANDA posted on her myspace and It really touched me so i wanted to let all you guys read what she got from the LORD today.

So, I just had an insane revelation...

When
we meet someone that we like we see them and get butterflies, they look
at us and it turns us upside down. We think about them when they're
away. If they wrote us a love letter we would read every word
carefully, over and over again.

That is the same kind of love
that God has for us and that we should have for Him. When we spend any
time with Him He gets excited. He falls in love with us and is in love
with us the same way that we would be with someone else. When we spend
time with Him or just lift our hands to Him, His stomach gets
butterflies. His word is a love letter written to us, careful and
thoughtful. He thinks of us when we are away and not spending time with
Him. His heart yearns for us to talk to Him, to sit in His lap. He
loves us as a true lover, ready to give us that real love relationship.
The Bible says that you can't count His thoughts about us, that they
outnumber the grains of sand. It is His divine nature that we can even
feel that way towards another person. He authored those feelings
because those are all apart of His character. Can you imagine actually
spending your life in that love relationship? The one that He has ready
for you to enter? It blows me away the way that God loves us. Everyone
has met someone somewhere in their life that has turned their stomach
into mush. Who has given you butterflies and seemed like the only
important person on earth. That is the same way that God looks at us...
think about that... imagine that... enter into that...
